Miami Dolphins Vs Buffalo Bills

NFL wildcard weekend will feature an AFC East showdown between the (9-8) Miami Dolphins and the (13-3) Buffalo Bills on Sunday at 12:00 PM (Central Daylight time). This will be the third time these two teams have played each other this season.

The big news coming out of the Dolphins team this week is Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will not be available to play against the Bills due to concussion protocols. The Dolphins will look to turn to Teddy Bridgewater who is questionable to play. This team started off hot but during the second half of their season, things went downhill, and barely found a way to make the playoffs. The Dolphins defense will have a lot to worry about with a high-powered Bills offense.

The Bills have been one of the league’s hottest teams this year. This Bills offense has no doubt been dangerous to play, Allen has been able to throw and run the ball in key situations and has been difficult to stop. Stefon Diggs had himself another great year, the Allen and Diggs duo will look to cause trouble in their playoff campaign. As for the defense they’ve also been able to get the job done. The Bills do have home field advantage and a healthier team so a Bills victory could be very likely but nothing is guaranteed in the NFL.

A divisional matchup between the Dolphins and the Bills could be an intense matchup in the playoffs.

Score Prediction: Bills win (28-10)

Baltimore Ravens Vs Cincinnati Bengals

An AFC North divisional matchup in the Wildcard round of the playoffs between the (10-7) Baltimore Ravens and the (12-4) Cincinnati Bengals could be a game to watch out for. This is their third matchup of the year against each other, Kickoff is expected at 7:15 (Central Daylight Time).

The Ravens head into this matchup with Lamar Jackson unlikely to play due to injury and quarterback Tyler Huntley who is also dealing with a shoulder injury. So the Ravens do have a difficult situation on their hands and with Jackson’s absence they’ve struggled on offense. With Roquan Smith hitting his stride on this Ravens defense, the defense has stepped up and hasn’t really allowed opponents to score many points, but their secondary hasn’t been able to slow down opposing offenses and that will be something to look out for ahead of this matchup.

The Bengals are defending AFC champions in this playoff tournament. They beat the Ravens just last week, and have to face them yet again for the third time this season, The Bengals will look to send their division rivals back home. Joe Burrow and the Bengals offense started off their season shaky but have picked up the pace and won their AFC North division and have home field advantage this week. But this Bengals offense is healthy now and set to make another Super Bowl fun. As for the Bengals defense they’ve been able to stop the run game from opposing offenses but have struggled against the passing game, same issue as last season but not as bad as last season.

The Bengals will look to yet again beat their divisional rivals and send the Ravens back home for the offseason.

Score Prediction: Bengals Win (32-17)

New York Giants Vs Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings come into this matchup with the Giants (9-7-1) as the favorites. Minnesota has a record of 13-4 that they can’t bring into the postseason but if we learned anything from this team they are gritty. The Vikings have won the most games within a single score and this matchup at 3:30 PM Central should be another nail-biter.

The Minnesota Vikings have one of the best 3 headed monsters in the NFL. The quarterback Kirk Cousins has been a great QB all season long as he’s limited his turnovers and has found his receivers. Another part of that 3 headed monster is Justin Jefferson who has become the favorite target for Kirk Cousins really quickly. Jefferson will be looking to make some noise in this home game as he will try to make the Giant’s secondary look silly. Jefferson has been a reception machine and if the Vikings are going to win this game they will need him to remain one of the best in the game. The next part of that 3 headed monster is Dalvin Cook and if the chef can get cooking on the ground it will open up things for Cousins to have time to hit Jefferson, Theilen, and others in the passing game. Dalvin Cook will need to punish that Giant’s defense in this game to wear them down as the offense will need to keep this close against New York.

The Viking’s defense has been really good with Smith, Hicks, and Kendricks all year. They will have their hands full with Daniel Jones who can throw and run with the best of them. Also, it will be tough to slow down Saquon Barkley who is finally in the NFL Playoffs and ready to pop off at any moment.

The Giants will have their hands full trying to stop Cousins, Cook, and Jefferson. If they’re going to do it this will need to be a collective effort. The Giants don’t have a true threat at the defense but if they all can manage the game and clock this could be a slugfest. The Giant’s offense will have to be the defense as well because this game will be all about clock management. If the Giants can keep the ball away from the Viking’s offense this could work in their favor. Barkley will be ready to run and catch the ball out of the backfield at an elite level. The Giants have Slayton, Hodges, and James that can catch the ball from Jones but they will need to include some RAC. The Giants were close to beating the Vikings in their last matchup so we will see what they can do this time around.

Score Prediction: Vikings Win (28 – 17)
