Nike Basketball’s newest performance sneaker under the brand’s Move to Zero series is the latest to join the collection colorways inspired by various dyes gathered from plants. The Nike Cosmic Unity appears to merged with a nod to apricots in a perfect colorway to rock during spring/summer.
Designed with at least 25% recycled material by weight, the Cosmic Unity is dressed in an Apricot Agate, Black, and Lime Glow color scheme.
The swoosh on the lateral side delivers a marbling effect to the arrangement, while also introducing the color palette’s darkest tone. The sneaker boasts a speckled and tan hued Crater Foam midsole made in part from Nike Grind contrasted by a lightweight orange-colored upper designed with a layered cable pattern in the forefoot. The fruit and gemstone-inspired hue, boasting an off-white makeup that’s accompanied by an eye-catching “Lime Glow” outsole.
Additionally, a partially recycled full-length Air Zoom strobel is implemented which provides sufficient energy return.Yet, finishing detail that arguably overshadowed everything else is by the patch depicting a partially-bitten apricot on the tongue.
The Nike Cosmic Unity “Apricot Agate” is set to release on April 22nd at select retailers and Nike.com set at $150. Check out additional photos below:
