The Nike Plant Cork Collection continues to grow the close we get to the release date as Nike Sportswear will also be releasing a Nike Daybreak “Catechu,” as part of their Plant Cork Pack.
Just like all sneakers in this collection the rubber waffle-patterned outsole is infused with 9 percent recycled cork — partially sourced from the wine industry — in the rubber. The upper is made of canvas, creating a retro and happy shape featuring an embroidery pattern of respective the plant depicted on the heel that used for dyeing.
