Could this be our first look at the next shoe in Kobe Bryant’s signature line?

Returning to the high cut look last seen on the Kobe 10 Elite, the Kobe line is looking to evolve once again. The new silhouette looks like it adapts the secure fit technology debuted in the Air Jordan 33–FastFit. It looks to continue the  trend of breathable Flyknit Kobes though it may also be the Quadfit mesh seen on the Converse All-Star Pro BB and PhantomVSN soccer cleat. The heel tag and high profile of this new model beard a striking resemblance to the Nike KD 12 with even more performance upgrades. The lateral side features a thin double stacked swoosh where as the medial side displays faint Kobe branding under the ankle strap near the heel.

As is the case with previous Kobe models, this new silhouette features a translucent cupsole for traction and stability. The new model doubles down on the lockdown aspect with a Kobe branded strap across the tongue at the ankle. There’s also an extra dose of padding at the heel reflecting on Kobe’s past achilles injury.

The combination of cupsole, FastFit technology, and knit structure ensure that this will be one of the most comfortable and functional kicks in Kobe’s line to date.

No word on the official release date of this new flagship model so keep it locked in for more information. Let us know how you feel about Kobe’s new kicks in the comments.
