Wardell Stephen Curry was drafted in 2009 by the Golden State Warriors and was once a Nike athlete but didn’t have a signature sneaker with them. Under Armour then decided to take in Stephen Curry and give him a signature sneaker and the rest is history. Under Armour is honoring Curry by releasing a “Draft Day” Curry 1 Low Flotro colorway.
This Colorway pays homage to the suit and tie he wore that night. The upper comes dressed in pink with blue stripes which come from the shirt he wore that night and has black on the toe box area. The midsole fades from light purple polka dot pattern to black. The outsole is indeed Under Armour’s flow technology which is dressed in white.
No official release details have been released yet but for now take a look down below at a detailed look at the Curry 1 Low Flotro “Draft Day”.
