The Upcoming Nike Dunk Low “N7” Features Braided Leather Swooshes

Yesterday’s surprise second chance (at crying) on Nike SNKRS app for fans to get their hands on some dunks cemented that the we have yet to reach the hight of the dunk craze. As more and more colorways are announced/rumored to be released this next colorway will be shows that Nike see the Dunk low as one of its premier products, join the N7 Collection for the first time.

The brand’s new N7 iteration of the Dunk Low is dressed in a “Dark Raisin/Black/White” color scheme. Dark Purple suede upper is contrasting by White hand-stitched detailing stitching on the toe box, ankle, and heel areas. In addition to the most notable detail on the pair is a braided leather serving as a border for the Swoosh logo on the side, thus extending to the heel.

The craftsmanship doesn’t stop there. Swatches of tan leather are stamped with Nike and N7 logos, and applied to the tongue to match the adjacent lace dubraes. The sneaker is then finished with graphic-printed insoles and gum outsoles, as tonal laces round out the design. Lastly, the offering is packaged in a special edition “N7” box.

The N7 Fund is committed to getting youth in Native American and Indigenous communities in North America moving so they can lead healthier, happier and more successful lives. Since its creation in 2009, the Nike N7 Fund has awarded more than $8 million in grants, administered by the Charities Aid Foundation of America, to more than 270 communities and organizations.In Spring 2020, Nike awarded $225,000 in new N7 Fund grants, administered by the Charities Aid Foundation of America.

The New Balance MADE Responsibly 998 Focus On Sustainability Using Surplus Materials To Minimize Waste

As part of New Balance’s sustainability efforts, the MADE Responsibly program merges surplus and new materials to create a unique product with no two pairs being exactly the same. Recently revealing the second iteration of their MADE Responsibly program is set to feature three New Balance 998 silhouettes.

“New Balance remains committed to high-quality craftsmanship and making every piece of material count,” said John Timulty, Product Manager, MADE Footwear at New Balance. “Our designers created a color palette that is both creative and aesthetically pleasing, which resulted in a MADE Responsibly 998 style that is truly one-of-a-kind.”

New Balance takes a more sustainable approach to building their New Balance 998 model, creating one-of-a-kind pairs were no two pairs are exactly the same. Crafted with a mix of surplus and new materials that are pulled from stocked materials found on the pigskin overlays, mesh body, lining, laces, speedlace, molded collar straps, and sole units. New materials are used on the inner linings, the foams, counter, and box toe.

The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki” Dropping This Friday

Well Travis Scott has fans clamoring over his two Air Jordan 1 options as part of a collab with Fragment, that set for a spring/summer release a more immediate drop will be the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki” set to releases this Friday.

First teased in early September 2020, this sneaker is similar in every way to its “Medium Olive” predecessor from 2019. Features included a stash pocket on the lateral side, zippered pocket on the medial side, and a semi-translucent co-branded outsole. Color blocking wise this Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 features premium, hairy suede construction throughout the retro’s body in a Khaki tone, highlighted with Crimson branding and glow-in-the-dark translucent tongues and heel tabs. Cactus Jack logo appears on the medial midsole, lace toggle, sock-liner, stow pocket-lining and the semi-translucent outsole.

As this is the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 6 fans have gotten chance to obtain classic/icon colorways of this model so it only makes sense to release a secondary colorway in what has to be its most unique styling. The NIKE, Inc and Cactus Jack” partnership hasn’t slowed down with what seems to be a weekly update of new products between the two i.e five colorways of the Nike Air Max 1 anticipated to launch by the end of 2021.

As the 30th anniversary of Air Jordan 6 continues the good folks over at Jordan Brand plan to deliver new colorways of Micheal’s sixth signature sneaker. While the buzz around the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki” hits it’s peak with the release vastly approaching, it now the perfect time to show (not official) photos of the Air Jordan 6 “Bordeaux” scheduled to release September 4th.

This Air Jordan 6 is expected to be heavily influenced by the classic Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” release, so expect it to be in a Black, Light Graphite, Dark Grey, and Bordeaux color scheme.

New Photos of The Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 High OG

Along with the Air Jordan 1 Low OG, The trio of Travis Scott, Fragment and Jordan a collaborative Air Jordan 1 High OG will also be releasing. A detailed shots of the Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 High OG comes with minor differences from the sample. One of the key differences is the text on the midsole has been moved to the medial side.

Featuring Travis Scott’s reverse Swoosh branding, an aesthetic first introduced on the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 model from 2020. This Air Jordan 1 features a White leather upper with a Blue toe box, ankle flaps, heels, and rubber outsole while having Travis’ signature flipped Black Swooshes on the sides. While “Cactus Jack” branding on the tongue and a stitched up smiley face on the left heel, while Hiroshi Fujiwara’s double lightning bolt motif can be seen on the right.

First Look At Fragment x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Shown in Leaked Images

In addition to the highly anticipated Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 High OG, this trio also collaborated on an Air Jordan 1 Low, the Houston rapper was recently spotted around Aspen back in Feb. Leaked photos of the low version have hit the web courtesy of @Wavegod_thelegend by way of Instagram.

According to @zSneakerheadz, the Fragment x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low collab will be release sometime in the fall. The low top AJ1 shares a lot in common with its Jordan 1 High counterpart, from the Royal Blue accents covering the White and Black-based upper.

The low top silhouette will feature Travis Scott’s reverse Swoosh branding, an aesthetic first introduced on the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 model from 2020. While “Cactus Jack” branding on the tongue and a stitched up smiley face on the left heel, while Hiroshi Fujiwara’s double lightning bolt motif can be seen on the right.
