The University of North Carolina the alma mater of the legendary Micheal Jordan recently unveiled an Air Jordan 1 Low OG Player exclusive. Jordan Brand is known to give UNC many player exclusive sneakers. 

This time around we see an Air Jordan 1 Low OG with unique materials and features. The Swoosh comes with a stingray material dressed in black, the upper comes dressed in blue and white but the blue paneling seems to be crumbled suede, it also has a mini Nike swoosh near the toe box area, a gum bottom outsole, and UNC branding on the insoles. 

These will not be released to the general public, these were made specifically for UNC athletes, but take a look down below at a detailed look at these Jordan 1 Low OG “UNC”.

A first look at the Under Armour Curry 10 “Splash Party” has surfaced. Under Armour And Stephen Curry have celebrated Curry’s birthday every year on March, 14 with a special “Splash Party” or “Surprise Party”  colorway on every Curry signature sneaker. It’s no surprise that they will continue that tradition with a Curry 10 “Surprise Party”.

It was also announced by Under Armour that they do have plans to release the Curry 2 “Splash Party” along with the Curry 10. Under Armour recently released the Curry 10 and Curry 2 “Double Bang” respectively.

The Upper of the Curry 10 comes Dressed in White, Pink and Blue and the midsole has splattered/confetti accents that come in pink, yellow, white and blue. This Curry 10 “Splash Party” resembles the Curry 2 “Splash Party” that was released in 2016.

An official release date has been announced for the Curry 10 “Splash Party” which is expected to be released on March, 14 for Curry’s birthday. The Curry 10 will retail for $160 USD and the Curry 2 will have a retail price of $150 USD.

Nike and Doernbecher have released official photos of the Air Jordan 1 Low Doernbecher. Nike lets six patients from the Oregon Health and Sciences Doernbecher Children’s Hospital make their own colorways and remake some of Nike’s most popular sneaker silhouettes.

The sneakers highlighted here are the Air Jordan 1 Low which was crafted by Riddhi Mahajan. There are many unique features on this design which include different shades of green throughout the sneaker, multicolor laces, stitched flower on the heel, and ocean patterned insoles.

“Designed by a patient at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Riddhi’s not letting life with cystic fibrosis keep her down. She stays busy playing basketball, participating in her school’s theater program, and keeping her GPA up so she can pursue her dream of becoming a doctor. Channeling her energy and optimism, Riddhi’s low-top AJ1 incorporates vibrant colors, embroidered daisies and nature-inspired accents. Words of encouragement throughout the design serve as a reminder to radiate positivity, wherever the road takes you.” (Nike SNKRS App)

This pair is set to release on the Nike SNKRS App for $120 USD at 9:00 AM central daylight time.

Under Armour is Finally releasing the Under Armour Curry 2 “Double Bang” colorway along with a brand new Curry 10 “Double Bang” as well. 

On the date of February 27, 2016 Stephen Curry and The Golden State Warriors faced off against the Oklahoma City Thunder when both Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant were on the Thunder. The game was ultimately tied in overtime 118-118, but Stephen Curry put up a shot from 32 feet out and left 0.6 seconds remaining which was ultimately the game winning shot which resulted in a 121-118 victory for the Warriors. 

Originally the Curry 2 he wore that night was a player exclusive meaning it was only made for Curry to wear that night, now fast forward to 2023 Under Armour is set to release this player exclusive to the public in the same colorway and detailing. The Curry 2 was a very popular sneaker back then and it seems like everything will be kept original and no added flotro technology will be added. As far as the Curry 10 goes that does feature flotro technology and the colorway is reminiscent of the Curry 2 “Double Bang” 

Each pair will be individually released there is no pack including both shoes releasing. The Curry 2 will have a retail price of $150 USD and the Curry 10 will have a retail price $160 USD. Both sneakers are set to release on February 24, 2023 on the Under Armour Website.

A Li-Ning Jimmy Butler 1 “UNO” has been unveiled, The Li-Ning brand is doing a collaboration with UNO to release a JB1 sneaker. 

The JB1 is a low cut sneaker which features Li-Ning BOOM technology all along the midsole, honeycomb traction pattern and a carbon fiber plate on the outsole. This colorway has mismatched pairs with the right foot having a blue outsole and the left foot having a yellow outsole. Both sneakers feature the iconic Red, Blue, Yellow and Green colors that represent the card game. On the left heel it has the reverse logo and on the right heel it has the +4 logo which is a reference to the game. 

No word on a release date has been made official yet but the Li-Ning website will have them since there is no official store in the USA that Carries Li-Ning products. For now take a look down below at a detailed look at the Jimmy Butler 1 “UNO”

Adidas has revealed Donovan Mitchell’s Fifth Signature sneaker during NBA All-Star Weekend. These are the D.O.N. Issue 5. 

This D.O.N Issue 5 does not feature boost technology but it’s a different design we’ve seen from previous shoes from Mitchell’s signature line. Not much technology information has been revealed, but these look reminiscent of an Adidas EQT with the 3 stripes on the side of the sneaker. The build and padding is reminiscent of the Adidas Rose 11 but seen in a slightly different way, and the TPU plate near the forefoot area also resembles the Air Jordan 34. 

While no information on a release date has been announced yet we could see Donovan Mitchell lace up his D.O.N Issue 5 during the NBA. Playoffs if the Cleveland Cavaliers qualify.
