Featured

The Lions are rolling into Lambeau Field for a divisional matchup against the Packers. A battle of the top two teams in the NFC North. No one saw the standings shaking up the way they are at the end of week 3 with the Vikings and Bears both 0-3, while both Green Bay and Detroit are 2-1.

Jordan Love and company were down 17-0 entering the 4th quarter, where they went on to score 18 unanswered points. Jordan Love did all he could passing for one touchdown and one interception while rushing for one touchdown as well for a combined 298 total yards. Christian Watson should make his season debut on Thursday but as for start running back Aaron Jones should be making his return from a hamstring injury.

Detroit Lions won last week against the Falcons, were Jared Goff passed for 243 yards and a touchdown and one interception on 22/33 passing. Jahmyr Gibbs was the lead back last week for the Lions as he had 80 yards on the ground, if they can continue to involve him in the pass and run game he could have a good night against the Packers.

Score Prediction: Packers 17 – Lions 23

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Philadelphia Eagles

Another Monday night where we’re blessed with two games. Eagles are flying into Tampa Bay to take on the Bucs who are coming of a win against the Bears. The Eagles are coming off a win against a struggling Vikings team.

Baker will need to keep the heat on if they want to stay in this game against the Eagles. Baker passed for one touchdown and 317 yards on 26/34 passing. The offense will need to play clean and limit the possibilities of any kind of turnovers as the Eagles thrive off of them.

The pass game hasn’t been as effective for the Eagles to start this year like it was last year. Expect Jalen to take plenty of shots early trying to get back into rhythm. The Eagles leaned on the run game against the Vikings while running for 259 yards last week.

Score Prediction: Buccaneers 17 – Eagles 31

Cincinnati Bengals vs Los Angeles Rams

Week three comes to a close with a Super Bowl Rematch from two years ago. The Bengals have been stuck in mud to start the season, while the Rams are trying to stay afloat until Cooper Kupp comes back.

Joe Burrow hasn’t played well enough to validate the new contract he just signed this offseason. He passed for 222 yards and two touchdowns and one interception on 27/41 passing. While losing to the Ravens last week. Joe Burrow and company are in desperate need of a win and will do anything to get back to their ways.

The Rams lost by what should have been 10 points but kicked a last second field goal to cut the deficit to 7, Matthew Stanford passed for one touchdown and two interceptions with 307 yards on 34/55 attempts last week. The Rams will look to try and keep up with The 49ers in the NFC West by trying to sneak away with a win.

Score Prediction: Bengals 24 – Rams 20

The Raiders are coming off a blowout loss to the Bills, as the Steelers are coming off a win against the Browns in a slow Monday Night game.

The Raiders offense never got into groove last week in a game that they had three total turnovers. Jimmy Garoppolo had one touchdown and two interceptions on 16/24 passing. While Josh Jacobs was nonexistent as they had to play from behind from the start.

The Steelers defense locked up the Browns in week two and had four takeaways against the Browns. They could very much so have the same luck again this week against the Raiders.

Score Prediction: Raiders 13 – Steelers 20

Baltimore Ravens vs Indianapolis Colts

The Ravens squeaked away with a win against the Bengals last week where Lamar Jackson passed for 237 yards and two touchdowns while running for 54 yards. Anthony Richardson had a great start against the Texans last week before leaving with a concussion, he passed for 56 yards and ran for 35 yards with two rushing touchdowns.

Lamar should be able to put up some big numbers against the Colts defense that allowed 436 total yards of offense. The Ravens defense is without multiple players like Marlon Humphrey and Odafe Oweh and Marcus Williams.

The Colts will be without rookie Anthony Richardson this week. Minshew will be the leading the team Sunday, expect a lot of running this weekend from the Colts. If the Colts want to stay in this game they will need to establish a run game to control time of possession.

Score Prediction: Ravens 27 – Colts 13

Cleveland Browns vs Tennessee Titans

Nick Chubbs health going forward will be a big question after last weeks gruesome injury in the Monday night game. The Titans won a nail biter in overtime against the Chargers last week.

Deshaun Watsons sloppy play has been a big question this season after what the Browns gave up to get him is beginning to be a head scratcher. Will Nick Chubb ever play another snap of football again? He went down with a knee injury that may have ended his career.

The Titans played a textbook game against the Chargers that helped them win. Tannehill played an efficient game throwing for 246 yards on 20/24 passing, while Derrick Henry ran the ball 25 times and rushed for 80 yards with one touchdown.

Score Prediction: Browns 20 – Titans 16

Miami  Dolphins vs Denver Broncos

The Dolphins snuck out New England with a win last Sunday night. The Broncos lost on a failed two point conversion from a Hail Mary that the Broncos successfully converted at the end of the game against the Commanders.

Miami is off to another hot start this year starting 2-0 Tua threw for 249 yards on 21/30 with one touchdown and one interception, Raheem Mostert ran for 121 yards on 18 carriers with two touchdowns.

Denver is still trying to get Sean Payton’s first win as a Bronco head coach. The Broncos lost a game that they should’ve won against the Commanders but came up short on the two point conversion at the end of regulation. Russell Wilson threw for 308 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 56 yards in the loss.

Score prediction Dolphins 38 – Broncos 20

New York Jets vs New England Patriots

The Jets high hopes for the season lie in the arms of Zach Wilson who couldn’t get anything going against the Cowboys last week. The Patriots start the season off 0-2 after a loss to the Dolphins in week 2. This game is a coin toss on who will win.

The Jets will be faced up against a strong and rough Patriot defense that will look to capitalize on Wilson’s mistakes. The run game for the Jets will be on full display as they will need to try and control the speed of the game.

Mac Jones is coming off a 231 yards one touchdown game on 31/42 passing with one interception, in the loss last week. They will need to be more careful with the ball and limit their turnovers to stay in this game.

Score Prediction: Jets 13 – Patriots 20

Washington Commanders vs Buffalo Bills

The Bills had a bounce back win against the Raiders in what was almost perfect game by Josh Allen. The Commanders survived a late scare from the Broncos.

The Commanders beat the Broncos on a failed two points conversion with all zeros on the clock. Sam Howell passed for 299 yards on 27/39 passing with two touchdowns, and Brian Robinson chipped in two touchdowns on the ground with 87 yards. Being 2-0 is a shocker as the team was supposed to be in a rebuilding mode.

Josh Allen passed 274 yards on 31/37 passing with three touchdowns. The Bills offense got rolling early in the game and separated themselves from the Raiders. Buffalos defense came to play last week and be expecting them to keep the pressure on.

Score Prediction: Commanders 17 – Bills 31

Detroit Lions vs Atlanta Falcons

The Lions are coming off a close loss to the Seahawks in a game that the trailed by two possessions going into the fourth quarter. The Falcons won off a walk off kick against the Packers from Younghoe Koo to take the team to 2-0

The Lions will look to bounce back against the Falcons but must take this game serious the Falcons have a good defense ready to take the next step and stay atop the NFC south. Jared Goff passed for three touchdowns and one interception and 323 yards on 28/35 completions. The Lions have still failed to get rookie Gibbs going.

The Falcons were in a battle against the Green Bay Packers last week in a game. Rookie running back Bijon ran for 124 yards on 19 carries and had 48 yards receiving.

Score Prediction: Lions 24 – Falcons 21

New Orleans Saints vs Green Bay Packers

A heart breaker loss for the Packers last week but the growth of Jordan Love is going well for the teams. The Saints start the season off 2-0 under new quarterback Derek Carr.

In a game where Derek Carr throws zero touchdowns but running back Tony Jones Jr rushes for two touchdowns against the Panthers. The Saints will look keep the pressure on the Falcons and the Buccaneers for the top spot in the NFC south by trying to win against the Packers.

Jordan Love threw for three touchdowns on 14/25 passing and 151 yards. Aaron Jones should be back these week to help carry the load of the offense. As they look to bounce back.

Score Prediction: Saints 17 – Packers 21

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans

Jacksonville will look to get back into the groove of things after a slow game the ended in a loss to the Chiefs. Stroud is living up to the hype that he had coming out of college.

The Jaguars were held out of the end zone for 48 minutes last Sunday but don’t expect that this weekend as they go up against a young Texans team. Trevor Lawrence passed for 216 yards on 22/41 passing with one fumble.

C.J. Stroud 384 yards and two touchdowns on 30/47 passing, he will continue to have all the freedom they’ll allow this year and he should and will take advantage of all the opportunities that will come to him. Nico Collins hauled in 7 receptions for 146 yards and one touchdown last week, as he may have emerged as wide receiver in Houston.

Score Prediction: Jaguars 27 – Texans 17

Minnesota Vikings vs Los Angeles Chargers

Two teams that are off to sloppy starts as both are 0-2 and are in desperate need for a win. As the Chargers lost in overtime last week, and the Vikings lost their Thursday night matchup against the Eagles.

Minnesota will have to establish the run game as the Chargers struggle to stop the run so expect them to lean on Alexander Mattison early. Kirk Cousins passed for four touchdowns on 31/44 passing and 364 yards but had four fumbles with one coming from star receiver Justin Jefferson on the goal line that costed them a potential touchdown. The Eagles ran down the throat of the Vikings defense. But shouldn’t have to worry about that with Austin Ekeler out of the game.

The Chargers will look to get win number one on the season but will have to do it without star running back Austin Ekeler again. Justin Herbert passed for two touchdowns and 305 yards on 27/41 passing. Keenan Allen caught two touchdowns along with 111 yards on 8 receptions.

Score prediction: Vikings 24 – Chargers 27

Seattle Seahawks vs Carolina Panthers

Seattle almost blew a 10 point game late last week against the Lions. When will Bryce Young get his first career win in the NFL? It will have to wait a few more weeks as he is out with an ankle injury.

Geno Smith had two touchdowns and 328 yards on 32/41 passing in last weeks overtime thriller against the Chargers. Kenneth Walker also ran for two touchdowns and 43 yards. The Seahawks defense had three takeaways against the the Lions.

The Panthers will be sending out Sam Darnold as Bryce Young hurt his ankle in the loss last week. The Panthers are continuing their rebuild but losing in week two.

Score Prediction: Seahawks 34 – Panthers 13

Arizona Cardinals vs Dallas Cowboys

Is Dallas the real deal this year? Their defense took a huge hit this week with Trevon Diggs going out for the year with a torn acl. Arizona Cardinals lost a close game to the Giants last week as they still are eying the number one pick next year.

Arizona continues their struggles as they lost a game they led late against the Giants. Joshua Dobbs accounted for two touchdowns one on the ground and one through the air.

Dallas blew out the New York Jets last week in a game that Dak Prescott pass for two touchdowns and 255 yards on 31/38 passing. The defense of the Cowboys had four takeaways last week and will most likely have another field day this week.

Score Prediction: Cardinals 10 – Cowboys 38

Kansas City Chiefs vs Chicago Bears

The Chiefs have their pieces back that they were missing in week one and held their ground against the Jaguars. The Bears lost to the Buccaneers in a sloppy game played from Justin Fields. This game could get ugly fast if the Chiefs play their type of football.

Patrick Mahomes passed for two touchdowns and 305 yards with two touchdowns and one interception on 29/41 passing against the Jaguars and ran for 30 yards. Travis Kelce was back and scored one touchdown in the win.

Justin Fields was a favorite to win MVP this year and after week two his odds tanked after a disappointing week two loss to the Buccaneers. Fields had one touchdown and two interceptions on 16/29 passing and one fumble. DJ Moore 104 yards on 6 receptions.

Score Prediction: Chiefs 38 – Bears 10

Primetime Preview: New York Giants Vs San Francisco 49ers (TNF Week 3)

Week three starts with another matchup that could get lopsided really quick. The 49ers defense has started out this season strong by forcing 4 turnovers to start the season. While the Giants escaped Arizona in a nail bitter win.

Brock Purdy had an efficient game where he threw for 206 yard on 17/25 passing with no touchdowns. The 49ers had three rushing touchdowns in the week two win against the Rams. Star running back Christian McCaffrey seems to have gotten back into rhythm with 116 yards on the ground and 19 receiving yards. Their defense will get to have a lot of fun with a struggling New York offense on Thursday.

The Giants will be without star running back Saquon Barkley as he rolled his ankle in the week two win against the Cardinals. Daniel Jones pass for 321 yards on 26/37 passing and rushed for 59 yards and had three total touchdowns and one interception. All eyes will be on how Daniel Jones can play without running back Barkley in the backfield with him.

Carolina Panthers vs New Orleans Saints

To end week two of the NFL season we have a double header with the Panthers taking on the Saints. Bryce Young’s NFL debut didn’t go exactly as planned by throwing for 146 yards on 20/38 passing with one touchdown and two interceptions and one fumble. On the other side the Saints escaped week one in a nail biter against the Titans in a slow game were the kickers the highlight of the game.

Bryce Young will look to bounce back in this match up against the Saints after a disappointing start to his career with several questionable decisions that he made in the week one loss. The Panthers young team will be in for another long game Monday were Young will look to find some rhythm and try to stay afloat in a weaker NFC south.

Derek Carr passed for 305 yards on 23/33 passing with one touchdown and one interception against the Titans in a game were the offensive side of the ball had no luck. The Saints are trying to keep a foot on the offense and when they can plug Alvin Kamara comes back after his suspension.

Score Prediction Panthers 13 – Saints 23

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cleveland Browns

The Browns defense came out strong against the Bengal’s in week one in a blowout win, were Watson played well despite two turnovers. The Steelers played a bad game in a blowout loss to the 49ers in week one.

Kenny Pickett’s play making and decision making was not very good in week one, as he threw 31/46 passing with 232 yards and one touchdown. The run game was nonexistent in week one as Najee Harris ran for 31 yards on 6 rushes as they had to get away from the run since they faced a deficit early in the game.

Cleveland will hope to start 2-0 since 1993 when Bill Belichick and Nick Saban were on the sidelines coaching. Watson will look to spread out the Steelers defense, but will be interesting as star receiver Amari Cooper is a game time decision.

Score Prediction Steelers 17 – Browns 27
