Los Angeles Chargers Vs San Francisco 49ers

The (5-3) Los Angeles Chargers will be visiting the (4-4) San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium for Sunday Night Football.

The Chargers come off a 20-17 victory against the Atlanta Falcons, a big victory for them to stay in distance of first place in the AFC west division. The Chargers have dealt with injuries on both sides of the ball Justin Herbert has been playing hurt, wide receiver Keenan Allen is questionable, and wide receiver Mike Williams is listed as doubtful. Herbert has struggled as of recently as his receiving core has been a little thin and his only downfield threat is Joshua Palmer who had eight receptions for 106 yards last week. As for the Chargers defense they look good on paper but on the field they are allowing the third-most points per game in the NFL and will have to do better defensively against a good 49ers rushing attack.

The 49ers have gotten some much needed rest and are fresh off a bye week. In their last game the 49ers beat the rams 31-14 two weeks ago. Since adding star running back Christian McCaffrey they’ve looked like a team that can run the ball efficiently and throw the ball when they need too. McCaffrey put on a show against the Rams as he had 1 passing touchdown, 1 rushing touchdowns with 94 yards on the ground, and 55 yards receiving with 1 receiving touchdown. Jimmy Garoppolo has many offensive weapon to choose from those players include George Kittle, Mcaffery, and Deebo Samuel. If the 49ers defense can limit Justin Herbert to short throws and no deep balls the 49ers could have a legitimate shot at winning this game at home to stay in reach of a playoff spot.

Both teams are fighting to stay in contention for the playoffs and try to stay in reach of first place in their respective divisions. An important matchup between the Chargers and 49ers one team could walk away with a very important victory for their team.

Score prediction: Chargers win (24-17)

Detroit Lions Vs Chicago Bears

An NFC North showdown between the Detroit Lions (2-6) and the Chicago Bears (3-6) will take place at Soldier Field as it will be the first matchup this season.

The Bears have been great on offense since playing the New England Patriots in week 7 and have scored more than 29 points per game since Week 7. Coming off a rough 35-32 loss to the Miami Dolphins there was a lot to be positive about on offense. Despite what the Bears record shows they haven’t been all bad many people considered Chicago to have one of the worst offenses in the league, but the bears have the number 1 leading rushing attack in the NFL with David Montgomery, Khalil Herbert, and Justin Fields. The offense recently added wide receiver Chase Claypool to their receiver core and will look to give me more opportunities in his second week in a Bears uniform. The Bears lost two defensive captains before the trade deadline which included Roquan Smith & Robert Quinn, since their departure opposing offenses have absolutely had their way against a weak Bears defense. A key to a victory for the Bears will be to put up points on offense like they have been doing in recent weeks and their defense has to slow down the run game. The Bears will want to avoid losing this game so they won’t be tied for last place with the Lions.

The Lions snapped a 5 game losing streak against a much needed 15-9 victory against the Green Bay Packers. The Lions defense came up big in this victory as they intercepted Aaron Rodgers three times which is a rare occurrence. With a victory against the Bears they will be tied for last place in the division and hold the tiebreaker over the bears if the Lions were to win. Jared Goff didn’t have the best game against the Packers but it was enough for a victory as he had 2 touchdowns and an interception. Detroit’s rushing game isn’t all that bad with a weak Bears defensive front they’ll want to run the ball more and keep the ball out of Goffs hands so when the Bears least expect it Goff can sling a few down field and set up scoring opportunities. The Lions defense is last in defense giving up more than 25 points per game. With a Bears offense that has recently found success running the ball and passing the ball on play action we could see the Bears put up some points against the Lions defense.

An NFC North Showdown that determines last place will be an interesting matchup to say the least.

Score Prediction: Detroit Lions win (28-25)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Vs Seattle Seahawks

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-5) will face the Seattle Seahawks (6-3) in England to kickoff Football Sunday as the game will start at 8:30 AM Central Daylight Time.

The Buccaneers come off a 16-13 victory against the Los Angeles Rams. Tom Brady led the way on the final drive of the game to win the game and it seems like the buccaneers have found a rhythm and look to keep the momentum going. The Buccaneers are currently in first place in their division and with a victory against Seattle this week it will only give them a better advantage at securing the first place spot in the NFC south division. The Buccaneers offense has struggled recently only scoring on average 18 points a game, Brady hasn’t been able to connect with any of his receivers and most of his receiving core has been injured. As for the Buccaneers Defense they haven’t been all that bad but they have had to be on the field a lot which only gets them fatigued and slip up on crucial moments they’ll have to play their best defense against an impressive Seahawks offense.

The Seahawks have been one of the more surprising teams this season coming off a 31-21 victory against the Arizona Cardinals. No one was sure what Geno Smith was capable of but the Seahawks are on a four game winning streak. If Seattle keeps riding with their momentum they’ll improve to (7-3) and have a five game winning streak. Seattle is currently in first place in a competitive NFC west division. Seattle’s offense has been playing well this season putting up points and throwing the ball, in week 9 Smith has 275 passing yards and two touchdowns. The running game was efficient last week against the Cardinals as Kenneth Walker III had 109 rushing yards and two touchdowns.  The defense for the Seahawks has been playing decent football and will want to pressure Brady into uncomfortable throwing situations to slow the buccaneers offense down.

With both the Buccaneers and Seahawks needing a victory to stay atop of their respective divisions it’ll be an interesting matchup in England.

Score Prediction: Seahawks win (24-10)

Minnesota Vikings Vs Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills (6-2) will be hosting the (7-1) Minnesota Vikings in what could be the game of the week.

The Vikings come off a 20-17 victory over the Washington Commanders and are riding a 6 game winning streak heading into the matchup against the Bills. This game is important for the Vikings. Many people are asking if the Vikings are pretenders or contenders, and against a championship contending Bills team a victory for the Vikings would be a huge statement. Kirk Cousins has played solid football with 13 passing touchdowns on the season and two of them came against the Commanders. The Cousins to Justin Jefferson connection has been absolutely lethal this season, Jefferson had 7 receptions, 115 receiving yards and a touchdown in last week’s victory. The Vikings defense has been in the middle of the pack this season and has done their job securing victories and will want to do more of the same against an outstanding Bills offense.

The Bills (6-2) come off a 20-17 loss to the New York Jets. Buffalo was left stunned as they lost to the New York Jets and are still in first place in their division only because they haven’t reached three losses yet. The big question for this week’s game is if Josh Allen will play. According to Bills coach Sean McDermott Josh Allen may be an “hour-by-hour” decision on game day as he deals with an elbow injury. Allen struggled last week as he had two interceptions and zero touchdown passes but had 205 passing yards. Allen also led the team in rushing last week against the jets with 86 yards on the ground, but the Bills offense is first in yards per game this season despite a tough week. If Allen can’t suit up to play on Sunday, Veteran Quarterback Case Keenum will get the start against his former team. The Bills defense has been relentless only allowing 14 points per game against opposing offenses, they’ll have to double team Vikings receiver Jefferson if they want to hold the Vikings to 14 points or less.

A big game for both teams as the Bills will want to win this game to stay atop of their division and the Vikings want to prove they are contenders.

Score Prediction: Vikings win (35-21)

Jacksonville Jaguars Vs Kansas City Chiefs

The Jacksonville Jaguars (3-6) will be on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs (6-2). An AFC Showdown that doesn’t occur very often.

The Jaguars come off a 27-20 victory against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Jaguars looked to be out of trailing 17-0 and at the half made it a 20-10 game. In the end the Jaguars got the victory and pulled off a comeback against a struggling raiders team. Trevor Lawerence had 235 passing yards and a touchdown in last week’s victory, and running back Travis Etienne Jr. had 109 yards rushing along with two rushing touchdowns. The Jaguars are currently in third in the AFC south division and with a victory and a Tennessee Titans loss they’ll only be 1.5 games behind first place. As for the Jaguars defense they’ve only allowed on average 19 points a game but against a challenging Chiefs offense their defense will have to step up and limit Patrick Mahomes throwing options.

The Chiefs come off a 20-17 overtime victory against the Titans. The Chiefs offense had 499 yards of total offense which was 200 more than the Titans. Mahomes had 446 passing yards on 68 passing attempts along with 1 passing touchdown and an interception. Kansas City’s offense didn’t look like themselves last week against the titans despite a victory and the chiefs will want to bounce back after a shaky performance on offense. As for the Chiefs defense they did their thing in securing a victory for their team last week. A key to victory for the Chiefs will be how well their offense bounces back from last week’s woes and finding that Rhythm they always have. With a victory against the Jaguars the Chiefs will remain on top of their division.

Score Prediction: Chiefs Win: (28-10)

Houston Texans Vs New York Giants

The (1-6-1) Houston Texans will be traveling to MetLife Stadium to face the (6-2) New York Giants.

The Texans last game was on November 3 against the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles. Houston surprisingly kept it a close game against the eagles and were only trailing 21-17 in the third quarter but ultimately lost 29-17 which only kept the Texans at the bottom of their division. The Texans average a score of 16 points per game on offense and haven’t been able to get things going. The only bright spot for the Texans offense is rookie running back Dameon Pierce who has 678 yards rushing and three scores this season. Houston’s defense also hasn’t been great as they allow about 23 points a game and have a weakened secondary. The Texans will face a tough matchup on the road against a confident looking Giants team.

The Giants have taken many people by surprise this season, they are fresh off a bye week and have had extra rest and preparation ahead of their matchup with the  Texans. New York came off a 27-13 loss in week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks, the Giants really couldn’t get anything going that game and after a bye week they’ll look to get back on track. Daniel Jones is off to a decent start this season through 10 weeks he has eight passing touchdowns and 2 interceptions along with 363 rushing yards. Saquon Barkley currently leads the giants in rushing yards with 779 yards and 5 touchdowns. The Giants defense will have to do its job against a struggling Texans offense to secure a win this week.

The Giants despite being at (6-2) will want to win this game to stay in range of first place for the NFC East division, and as for the Texans this game will ultimately decide if their season is over and what they can do to improve on it going forward.

Score Prediction: Giants win (21-3)

Cleveland Browns Vs Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins (6-3) will be hosting the Cleveland Browns (3-5) at the Hard Rock Stadium.

The Browns last game was against division rivals Cincinnati Bengals in week 8 in which the Browns won 32-13 upsetting the Bengals. Cleveland is fresh off a bye week and have had extra time to watch game film on the Miami Dolphins. This Browns defense will no doubt be facing a tough Dolphins offense that includes Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and Tua Tagovailoa. But the browns have stars of their own on defense, the defense has been playing well all season and continue to improve week by week. Jacoby Brissett will have to be smart on offense in order to have a chance to win for the Browns and they’ll also have to rely on the running game as they have one of the league’s best running games with Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt.

The dolphins come off a 35-32 victory over the Chicago Bears. This talented Dolphins offense will look to have a field day against a decent Browns defense as they have talent on almost every level on the offensive side of the ball. Tua has been efficient this season and has 15 passing touchdowns this year, Hill has been an excellent weapon on offense for Tua and they’ll look to connect all day against the browns. The running game for the dolphins hasn’t been all there but with the passing game working they won’t hesitate to keep throwing the ball. The Dolphins defense had no answer for the rushing game last week against the Bears as Justin Fields had 178 yards rushing and allowed 32 points to what was supposed to be the worst offense in football but is far from it. The Miami offense will be what ultimately decides if the Dolphins win this game.

An interesting AFC conference showdown between the Browns and Dolphins with both teams needing a victory to stay in the hunt for the playoffs.

Score prediction: Dolphins win (30-14)

New Orleans Saints Vs Pittsburgh Steelers

The New Orleans Saints (3-6) will be playing away from home against the Pittsburgh Steelers (2-6) in week 10.

The Saints come off a 27-13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The Saints are third in their division but can still win their division as the Tampa bay buccaneers only have won 4 games on the season. The Saints offense has proven that they can move the ball up the field consistently despite having quarterback problems. Andy Dalton will get the start this week for the saints, he’s led the offense pretty well. The Saints rely heavily on Alvin Kamara who has been playing effectively over the past few weeks despite only having one touchdown on the ground. With Micheal Thomas out Chris Olave will have to carry the workload for the receiving core. New Orleans defense hasn’t been that great this season as they surrender about 25 points a game and over 300 yards a game. A key to victory for the Saints will be to see if the defense can step up and make big plays.

The Steelers come off a bye week and have had extra time to rest. Pittsburgh last played against the Eagles in which they ultimately lost (35-13). The Steelers are dead last in the AFC North and they will have to win this game if they want a shot at playoffs, they are only one game behind the Cleveland Browns. Kenny Pickett will be starting at quarterback for the Steelers against the Saints, Pittsburgh are still developing their young quarterback. This will be the Steelers first game since losing Chase Claypool to the Chicago Bears, George Pickens could be called upon a lot more. Running back Najee Harris will look to lead this Steelers offense if the passing game fails to work. The Steelers defense hasn’t been that bad this year and have done well against running teams. This game could very well be the decider if Head Coach Mike Tomlinson will have his first losing season or continue to fight for a chance for the playoffs.

An odd matchup between the Saints and Steelers from opposite conferences could be an interesting game as both are fighting for chances in their division.

Score Prediction: Steelers win (14-12)

Denver Broncos Vs Tennessee Titans

The Denver Broncos (3-5) will be on the roast against the Tennessee Titans (5-3).

The Broncos come off a bye week and their last game was against the Jacksonville Jaguars who they defeated 21-17 at Wembley Stadium in London, UK, in Week 8. The Broncos snapped a four game losing streak with their week 8 victory and will want to keep that momentum going. Russell Wilson had 18 completions for 252 yards, a touchdown, and an interception against the Jaguars.. The offense has struggled for Denver and with a well rested team maybe they can finally get things going, but for now they rely heavily on their defense to come up with big plays and force three and outs. If the Broncos offense can find its legs and the defense does its job they should have no problem winning this game.

The Titans came off a tough fought battle in which they lost 20-17 to the Kansas City chiefs in overtime. Despite losing in overtime the titans defense was able to frustrate a high powered Kansas City chiefs offense and only allow 20 points, they’ll want to do more of the same against the Broncos offense that has struggled in recent weeks. Ryan Tannehill will once again be sidelined and rookie quarterback Malik Willis will get another start. Willis only had 80 passing yards against the chiefs along with 40 yards rushing, but Derrick Henry carried the workload on offense with 115 yards and two touchdowns. The Titans will want to do more of the same which is running the ball against the Broncos.

The Titans are playing a must win game to stay atop of their division and the Broncos will look to avoid hitting rock bottom of their division.

Score Prediction: Broncos win (14-12)

Indianapolis Colts Vs Las Vegas Raiders

The Indianapolis Colts (3-5-1) will host the Las Vegas Raiders (2-6) at Allegiant Stadium Sunday Afternoon.

The Colts came off a 26-3 loss against the New England Patriots in week 9 which resulted in firing head coach Frank Reich. The Colts hired Jeff Saturday as interim head coach. Sam Ehlinger didn’t have a good outing as he went for 103 yards passing and an interception. The Colts offense was not at its best against the Patriots and with a new coach leading the way it will be interesting to see how things play out for them on offense. The Colts defense has a lot of injuries and are dealing with a difficult situation at hand as they will be facing Davante Adams and Derek Carr.

The Raiders came off a 27-20 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in which they lead most of the way and ultimately lost the game. On the bright side Carr and Adams were able to put on a performance with Carr throwing for 259 passing yards and passing two touchdowns, Adams had two receiving touchdowns along with 10 receptions and 146 receiving yards. The Raiders have struggled defensively all season and allowed 25 points per game. But they’ll be playing a struggling Colts offense so they could use that to their advantage.

If the raiders walk away with a victory they will be tied with Denver for the third seed in their division, as for the colts their division is open for the taking.

Score prediction: Raiders win (17-14)

Dallas Cowboys Vs Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers (3-6) will be hosting the Dallas Cowboys (6-2) at Lambeau Field Sunday evening.

The Packers are coming into this game losing against the Detroit lions 15-9 and extended their losing streak to five games in a row. The Packers are in second place in the NFC north and are tied with the Chicago Bears and hold the tiebreaker due to a victory against them early on in the season. On a positive note they’ll be playing at home against a very tough Dallas Cowboys team. The packers will very much need home field advantage if they want to win this game, what seems to work for Green Bay is the running the ball they will have to do more of the same to make an impact on this game. The passing game for Green Bay hasn’t been there all season despite Aaron Rodgers having 15 touchdowns on the season. The Packers defense has consistently improved week by week and are only allowing 20 points a game.

The Dallas Cowboys are coming into this game off a bye week, their last game was against the Chicago bears when they won 49-29 in week 8. Currently the Cowboys are in second place in their NFC East division trailing the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles. Dallas had their way offensively against the bears and were moving the ball with ease, they’ll need another amazing performance on offense to compete with a decent Packers defense. Dallas will want to lean on their rushing game more as they’ve found success with Ezekiel Elliot and Tony Pollard splitting the workload. As for the Cowboys defense they’ve been one of the league’s best, but struggled against the Bears allowing a season high 29 points to the worst offense in the league according to NFL critics. The Cowboys defense only allows on average 15 points a game and they will look to frustrate a Packers offense that hasn’t played well.

A must win game for both teams and the stakes this high it could be one of the best games this week with Green Bay trying to avoid a six game losing streak and Dallas trying to stay in second place in their NFC East division.

Score prediction: Packers win (27-21)

Arizona Cardinals Vs Las Angeles Rams

An NFC West matchup at Sofi stadium between the Arizona Cardinals and Las Angeles Rams could be a good one.

The Cardinals come off a 31-21 loss to division rivals the Seattle Seahawks. Arizona’s season hasn’t gone the way they intended with a lot of injuries and missing players this season it hasn’t been easy. Arizona is currently on a two game losing streak and are trying to turn things around before it’s too late as they are in last place in their NFC west division. Heading into this game Kyler Murray is questionable along with JJ Watt and Budda Baker. With DeAndre Hopkins back in the mix for the cardinals they’ll have to rely on him to get the receiving core going as Murray has had struggled connecting with his receivers. If Murray is out it will be an interesting game going forward.

The Rams also haven’t had the season they had hoped for, coming off a Super Bowl they continue to struggle on both sides of the ball. Matthew Stafford is dealing with a concussion injury and could be out for Sunday’s game against the cardinals. The rams offensively are last in football in total yards and running yards. Cooper Kupp has been the only bright spot for the Rams receiving core but no one else has stepped up for them on offense. As for the Rams defense they’ve played the best they could, they’ll be facing a struggling cardinals offense and with Bobby Wagner, Jalen Ramsey, and Aaron Donald on the defensive they’ll be looking to frustrate this cardinals team with or without Murray starting.

The battle for last place in the NFC East will likely be a low scoring game but an important game for the division.

Score prediction: Cardinals win (15-9)

Primetime Preview: Atlanta Falcons Vs Carolina Panthers (TNF Week 10)

Primetime Preview: Atlanta Falcons Vs Carolina Panthers (TNF Week 10)

Featured

With Week 10 underway, Thursday Night Football matchup will kickoff with The Atlanta Falcons visiting the Carolina Panthers. This game is a NFC South showdown which is an important divisional matchup as no one has been a clear favorite to win the division. Both the Panthers and Falcons come off a loss in week 9.

The Falcons (4-5) are tied with the Tampa bay buccaneers for first place in the NFC south. In week 9 the falcons were off to a good start and held a 10-0 lead at one point against the Los Angeles Chargers. Ultimately the Falcons fell short and lost 20-17 on the final play of the game to the chargers. The Falcons were able to compete with a competitive Chargers team and they’ll look to beat a struggling Panthers team. Marcus Mariota and the Falcons will look to sweep the Panthers this season as they beat the Panthers a couple weeks ago in an overtime showdown. The Falcons offense will want to do more of the same when they face the Panthers in the first matchup. With Cordarrelle Patterson back in the starting lineup, running the ball will be a key to a victory for this Falcons team.  Atlanta will have to win this game to stay in the race for first place in the NFC south.

The Panthers now (2-7) were blown out 42-21 by the Cincinnati Bengals. At one point the Panthers were down 35-0 at halftime against the Bengals. Carolina has struggled at the Quarterback position this season Pj walker will be getting the start against the Falcons. Walker was benched for Baker Mayfield after halftime against the Bengals, Sam Darnold is also eligible to play now that he has been taken off injured reserve. Mayfield had two passing touchdowns along with 155 yards through the air in the second half. The Panthers defense has allowed an average of 25 points per game against opposing teams, the panthers defense has struggled to keep opposing offenses off the field. With Christian McCaffrey gone D’Onta Foreman will carry the rushing workload for the Panthers he has 296 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the season. The Panthers will look to improve to (3-7) and at least try to keep up with their division as the Buccaneers, the leaders of the division only have 4 victories on the season.

This NFC South showdown will be an interesting matchup as the Falcons will try to take the lead of the division with a victory and a season sweep against the Panthers. And as for the Panthers they’ll look to spoil their divisional rivals chances of taking the lead in the NFC south.

Score Prediction: Falcons Win (24-21)

Primetime Preview: Baltimore Ravens Vs New Orleans Saints (MNF Week 9)

Primetime Preview: Baltimore Ravens Vs New Orleans Saints (MNF Week 9)

Featured

The New Orleans Saints (3-5) are coming into this game against the Ravens looking for their 4th win. Last week was the first time all season that Alvin Kamara was able to find the end zone. It took all the way up to Week 8 for that to happen and it catapulted the Saint’s offense finally. Alvin Kamara got loose in the backfield and even in the passing game. Last week Kamara had 62 yards rushing and 96 yards receiving with 3 touchdowns. The Saints just got the news that they lost Michael Thomas for the season after a foot injury. Now with that news, it should open things up for Kamara in the receiving game as he becomes one of the primary weapons. Chris Olave has been amazing in his rookie campaign and he will need to step it up tonight against that Ravens secondary. The Saints have been moving the ball smoothly with Andy Dalton as he’s finding a rhythm now. The Ravens give up some generous yards to the opposing quarterbacks so look for Dalton to have a chance to take off. Dalton will be in a prime position to get the Saints back into the winning column.

The Ravens (7-3) acquired Roquan Smith from the Bears as he looks to make things tougher for the Saint’s offense. The Ravens will always have a chance in any game as long as they have Lamar Jackson. The Ravens are Jackson it’s that simple and it will be a duel-threat type of game as he plans to throw/run all over the Saints. Lamar will be without Mark Andrews and Rashod Batemen so he will be depending on a lot of the other guys like Devin Duvernay, Gus Edwards, etc to make some plays. This is one of those games where Lamar Jackson could just take matters into his own hands and run all over the Saints. So in order for the Ravens to win this game the defense will have to slow down Kamara/Dalton and make it tough for them to move the ball all night. The Ravens will need to try and outscore the Saints so that it can force them into playing from behind and making more mistakes.

Score prediction: Ravens Win (31-24)

Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots

The New England Patriots are coming into this game (4-4) against the (3-4-1) Colts. Mac Jones was able to get things back on track last week and will look to continue that home today. Look for the Patriots to get Myers and Bourne involved heavily in the passing game. The Patriots have been leaning on the Stevenson and that defense has been amazing. With Matt Ryan out of the lineup and Sam Ellingher in now, the Patriots will need to watch out for his duel threat of running/throwing. The Colts will be without Jonathan Taylor their leader on the offensive side and will plug in Moss/Jackson to get things done. The Patriots will need to slow down Pierce/Pittman Jr if they are going to get the win today.

Score prediction: Patriots Win (20 – 14)

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions are (1-6) on the season and they’re stepping into a tough spot against a pissed off Aaron Rodgers. The Lions have a great passing game with Jared Goff that can keep them in the game. It will definitely depend on Amon St.Brown and his ability to create space against Jaire Alexander. The Lions will have a limited Deandre Swift today so expect a heavy dose of Jamal Williams. The Lions will need to do everything in their power to keep up. The Packers (3-5) on the season are on a 3-game losing streak and Rodgers will be looking to change that. The Packers have the two-headed monster in Jones/Dillion so look for them to lean on them to establish the passing attack as well. The Packers have been banged up by injuries in the receiver core but Romeo Doubs has shown up big time while Lazard was healing. This will be a get-right game for the Packers and the defense should be able to make some stops to help the offense get the upper advantage.

Score prediction: Packers Win (31 – 10)

Los Angeles Chargers at Atlanta Falcons

The Chargers (4-3) are coming into this matchup in ATL without Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. Look for the youngster Palmer to be very active in the passing game for Justin Herbert today. If it’s not Palmer then expect a heavy dose of Austin Ekeler in the running game and passing game. This Chargers team needs this win badly and the defense will be a huge reason they will win. Look for Mack and James to affect this game in every way to make things tough on Marcus Mariota. The Falcons who are (4-4) will be trying to get Pitts, London, and Patterson involved big time if this Falcons team is going to win this game. Getting their swiss army knife Patterson back will help big time as he takes the pressure off Mariota in the passing game. For the last two weeks, Mariota has been able to hook up with Byrd for a deep pass so look for them to try to connect again in this one.

Score prediction: Chargers Win (24 – 17)

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets

The Buffalo Bills (6-1) will be heading to NJ to try and get a win today against the Jets. These division games are always the best especially win both teams have winning records. The Bills have Josh Allen who is on a rampage tour trying to get to the Super Bowl and he can throw and run the ball like no other. Josh Allen has put this team on his back and the Jets won’t have any answers for the potential MVP. Allen will be looking to get Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis involved early and he will be able to incorporate his new weapon Nyheim Hines in this game as well. The Bills are loaded and they were close to getting their defensive leader Tre’Davious White back after his injury. He seems to be about a week or so away from entering the lineup. So the Bills whole unit is almost back intact but they will be ready to make the Jets pay. The Jets (5-3) have been playing great and it was because of the defense and running game. The Jets lost Breece Hall and they’re trying to find that identity again as they snagged up James Robinson but he will have a tall task against this defense today. The Jets have not been able to rely on Wilson’s arm but they will need it today especially if they get into a deep hole early in this game. Overall the Jets are in trouble.

Score prediction: Bills Win (38 – 13)

Minnesota Vikings at Washington Commanders

This will be the Kirk Cousins Bowl as he will be going back to Washington where he made his name. Cousins will be leading the (6-1) Vikings into the DC area with a chip on his shoulder. Kirk Cousins has been playing really well and he’s been able to do so knowing he has Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen in the passing game. The Vikings were able to trade for TJ Hockenson who they already said will be heavily involved in the offense today in his first game. This passing attack in Minnesota has gotten even better and they still have a great run game with Dalvin Cook back there who should be running all over the Commanders too. The Viking’s offense should have their way today on both sides of the ball as the defense has been impressive the last couple of weeks. The Commanders (4-4) are 3-0 with Heineke behind center and he’s been able to get the ball to Scary Terry with ease. Those two have great chemistry and it has shown ever since last year. The Commanders have a nice running attack with Brian Robinson Jr and Antonio Gibson because both can get between the tackles and catch out of the backfield. It’s the Commander’s defense that needs to show up in this one if they will have a chance to win.

Score prediction: Vikings Win (28 – 17)

Carolina Panthers at Cincinnati Bengals

The Panthers (2-6) are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Atlanta Falcons last week. The Panthers had the game won twice and still lost. The good thing about the game was the fact that it showed that PJ Walker can get the job done for them even under the pressure. DJ Moore showed up big time in that game and he’s been excelling since the CMC trade. The other bright spot for the Panthers has been D’onta Foreman he’s had back-to-back 100-yard rushing games and touchdowns. The Panthers will need to establish the run against the Bengals if they will get out of Cinci with a win. The Bengals (4-4) need this win badly so they can stay in the thick of things in the AFC playoff race. The Bengals struggled last weekend without Chase and will need to get the ground game going. Joe Mixon will need to be a major focus for this offense moving forward until Chase comes back. If Joe Burrow can establish the run game with Mixon that will open the doors for Higgins and Boyd. The Bengals are a complete team and will need to take advantage of the Panther’s lack of pass rushers early.

Score prediction: Bengals Win (20 – 13)

Las Vegas Raiders at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars and Raiders both only have 2 wins each on the season. The Raiders will be without Darren Waller again for another week as he nurses his hamstring. Look for the Raiders to depend on Carr, Adams, and Jacobs as all three have been special for them all season. The Raiders have a great offense they just need it all to come together as a unit including the defense. Carr has playmakers that can help him be great and today can be one of those breakout games. The Jaguars have gone all in on the Travis Etienne train as he’s been amazing since the trade of James Robinson and even before that. Look for the Jags to continue to play off of Travis Etienne’s success as it will open things up for Trevor Lawrence in the passing game to get the ball to Christian Kirk and others. This game will depend on the defense that shows up to play.

Score prediction: Jaguars Win (28 – 21)

Miami Dolphins at Chicago Bears

The Dolphins (5-3) are coming into this game with the most lethal wide-receiver tandem we’ve seen in years. Both Jaylen Waddle and Tyreke Hill have been on a record pace as so for Tua Tagovailoa. The Dolphin’s offense has been playing lights out and they have just added another piece in Jeff Wilson Jr from the 49ers. The Dolphins have a heavy dose of passing attack but they also can sprinkle in the run game as well. The Dolphins shouldn’t have any issues moving the ball as the Bears traded two of their top defenders in the last week or so. The Dolphins have a defense that can stop a couple of drives and with Justin Fields still getting to know the NFL game it could be a long day. Fields have been an okay quarterback for the Bears but he’s still learning what he can do to make defenses pay. The Bears just traded for Chase Claypool this week so look for them to get him involved quickly. The Bears have David Montgomery who has been a monster in the backfield so look for them to ground and pound if they’re going to stick with Miami today. The Bears (3-5) will need to be in control of the pace if they look to have a chance.

Score prediction: Dolphins Win (31 – 13)

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals

The Seahawks (5-3) have been playing better than anyone imagined this season. Geno Smith has been able to put the team on his back as he’s improved his passing and even running ability. Smith has been in my eyes the comeback player of the year and he’s had Metcalf/Lockett looking really good. The Seahawks believed in Geno and he repaid them with his amazing play. Geno will have to watch up for the defensive front from the Cardinals but he has Kenneth Walker III who’s been a beast in the backfield. Walker has been able to give the Seahawks another dimension of the game that they lacked in the past when Carson would get banged up. This should be a high-scoring game with the Cardinals. The Cardinals (3-5) have been trying to find themselves this year and it’s been full of ups and downs. Look for Kyler Murray to get them back on track as he plays well at home against the Seahawks in his career. Murray has Hopkins back and he also added Anderson from the Panthers so this will be the game where both get the chance to go off. Look for James Conner to come back in the lineup and help take some of that pressure away as well. The Cardinals have a defense that will make you put in some thought before attacking them. So look for Murray to control this game with his arm and his legs just like only he can do.

Score prediction: Cardinals Win (24 – 21)

Los Angeles Rams at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers (3-5) are coming into this game on a 3-game losing streak. This has been uncharted territory for Tom Brady so look for him to get back into a groove today against the Rams. Tom will be looking for some revenge as well because last year everyone thought his last game was against the Rams in the playoffs. This will be the game to get Brady back into that elite status. Brady will need to get Godwin, Evans, and Jones going in the passing game but it will be tough with Ramsey and that defense lurking. The Buccaneers will need to lean on Leonard Fournette as well because they haven’t been able to get his game going. If they can establish the run it will open up things down the field. The problem is the fact they will be going against Aaron Donald. This Rams defense is stingy and when they play at an elite level no one can score on them or get anything going downfield. Offensively the Rams have Stafford and Kupp who will be trying to make it tough on the Tampa defense. Look for the Rams to try to air the ball out as they try to get their 4th win of the season.

Score prediction: Rams Win (28 – 17)

Primetime Preview: Tennessee Titans Vs Kansas City Chiefs (SNF Week 9)

Primetime Preview: Tennessee Titans Vs Kansas City Chiefs (SNF Week 9)

Featured

The Chiefs are coming into this game against the Titans off their bye week. It was a week for them to get some rest as Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce look to get things going early. During the bye week, the Chiefs added Kadarrius Toney from the New Giants as he can give them a boost in that Hill role. The Chiefs offense has been lethal all season and it doesn’t seem to matter what players they give Mahomes he still makes them look good. This season Patrick Mahomes has 2159 passing yards so far with 20 touchdowns. The Titans will have their hands full on the defensive end trying to slow him down but it will take an all-out effort. Juju was saying that the Chiefs offense has gained chemistry playing Call of Duty so we will get to see that on the field. Having Travis Kelce who’s the best tight end in football on your team makes things easier and he gets to open up the running game.

Clyde has been a great addition to the running game and the Chiefs will need him so that they can activate the play action game against Tennessee. The Chiefs defense will have their hands full on the flipside as they will be trying to stop Derrick Henry who gave everyone a scare with his foot this week. Henry assured the media that he was good to go and that he will be looking to run all over this Kansas City defense. Derrick Henry is one of the best running backs in the NFL and he will need to power the Titans to a win.

Ryan Tannehill has been limited in practice and looks to be a game-time decision so if that happens the Titans will roll with Willis again. Willis brings the running dynamic as he wasn’t able to showcase his arm strength but this week he might have to if he plays. The Chiefs will be looking to run up the score and the Titans don’t have the defense to slow down this powered offense from KC. The Titans will need Henry and that defense to lead the way if they want to get the victory in KC. It depends on who the quarterback is for this matchup with the Titans. Tannehill can open the offense and try to get Robert Woods going but with Willis, it will be challenging. This will be a matchup that we could see down the road in the playoffs but this game for the Titans depends on Henry. Just like the game depends on what Mahomes will do against this Titans defense tonight.

Prediction: 28 – 21 Chiefs over the Titans
