2. San Francisco 49ers 7-0 (LW: 3)

9 MORE GAMES JIMMY GAROPPOLO, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

3 New Orleans Saints 7-1 (LW: 2)

Drew Brees is back and this team is even more legit now.

4. Green Bay Packers 6-1 (LW: 4)

Aaron x Aaron = domination.

Dalvin Cook would like to submit his name for MVP consideration.

6. Seattle Seahawks 6-2 (LW: 8)

The Seahawks just flat out embarrassed the Falcons.

7. Baltimore Ravens 5-2 (LW: 14)

Lamar Jackson left his Mike Vick costume on for another week.

8. Indianapolis Colts 5-2 (LW: 6)

It was a close call for the Colts but they ultimately were able to get the win.

9. Kansas City Chiefs 5-3 (LW: 9)

Matt Moore didn’t look THAT bad, but Mahomes should be back soon.

10. Houston Texans 4-3 (LW: 13)

Deshaun Watson with one eye is better than most starters.

11. Dallas Cowboys 4-3 (LW: 11)

Getting the struggling Giants off the bye is like having another bye week.

12. Buffalo Bills 5-2 (LW: 10)

Their vaunted defense was torn to spreads (AT HOME) against the Eagles.

13. Los Angeles Rams 5-3 (LW:14)

Things are darkest before the dawn and the second half of the Browns schedule is brighter than a Florida summer day.

They gave a valiant effort but the Saints were just too much for Kyler and Kliff.

22. Oakland Raiders 3-4 (LW: 19)

Brandon Allen is now the head honcho for Vic Fangio.

27. New York Jets 1-6 (LW: 22)

We all are on Sam Darnold career-game watch this week.

28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2-5 (LW: 24)

Jameis Winston has two great wide receivers but his third favorite target is the opposing team.

How about those Nationals?

30. Atlanta Falcons 1-7(LW: 30)

Still waiting for Dan Quinn to be fired.

They still are the worst team in the NFL by record.

32. Miami Dolphins 0-7 (LW: 32)

The tank might hit a bump in the road this week.

BREAKING NEWS: Aqib Talib Traded to Miami Dolphins

BREAKING NEWS: Aqib Talib Traded to Miami Dolphins

Featured

The Los Angeles Rams continue to remake their secondary. This time they are sending away a piece rather than bringing one in.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter was the first to report that Aqib Talib and a 2020 NFL Draft fifth-round pick were sent by the team to the Miami Dolphins for a future pick.

Talib was on the IR for the Rams as he recovered from fractured ribs however he is expected to be able to return to the field this year.

In Miami he will be paired with some familiar faces from his brief time with the New England Patriots.

For the Rams, this move saves the team $8 million dollars for next season and opens some salary cap space for the team to execute a contract extension with Jalen Ramsey.

BREAKING NEWS: Cincinnati Bengals Bench Andy Dalton

BREAKING NEWS: Cincinnati Bengals Bench Andy Dalton

Featured

The Cincinnati Bengals are in their first year under new head coach Zac Taylor and afternoon an 0-8 start the team has made a change at quarterback. The team is benching Andy Dalton and rookie Ryan Finley will take his place according to NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero:

Even though the nine-year veteran was on pace to set career-highs in completions, pass attempts, and passing yards this season the losing streak has helped lead the franchise to think more about the future than the present.

Finley started his college career at Boise State where he spent two seasons before transferring to North Carolina State. He would go on to become a three-year starter with the program and was selected with the 104th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

For the time being, they are in lockstep with the Miami Dolphins in the race for the top pick—and the honor to likely draft Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

BREAKING NEWS: Los Angeles Chargers Fire Offensive Coordinator Ken Whisenhunt

BREAKING NEWS: Los Angeles Chargers Fire Offensive Coordinator Ken Whisenhunt

Featured

The Los Angeles Chargers are currently 3-5 and sit in third place in the AFC West. This is not the season that the franchise envisioned after finishing 12-4 a season ago.

In need of a scapegoat to explain the poor display, the team has relieved offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt of his duties on Monday night.

The Chargers offense has been middle of the pack despite having Phillip Rivers, Melvin Gordon, Keenan Allen, and Hunter Henry on their roster. The average offense combined with the poor results meant that changes needed to be made.

Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn said the following in statement released by the team:

“This is not an easy decision and definitely not one that I take lightly. You win as a team, and you lose as a team. It’s never about just one person. At the end of the day, however, I simply felt a change was needed at this time. I want to thank Ken for his years of service to the Chargers organization and wish him nothing but the best moving forward.”

No formal announcement has been made on who will take over play calling responsibilities for the remainder of the season.

Denver Broncos’ head coach announced during his press conference today that starting quarterback Joe Flacco would not play in the Broncos’ Week 9 game.

Flacco is dealing with a neck injury that is believed to be something that will cause him to miss multiple weeks.

Brandon Allen, the only other quarterback on the team’s active roster currently, will get the start and then Denver will be on their bye the following week. IR is under consideration as is surgery for Flacco. In the meantime, rookie quarterback Drew Lock is healthy enough to play but Denver must decide whether it will activate him or promote Brett Rypien from the practice squad.
