Colombian Music Artist J Balvin is set to collaborate with Jordan brand yet again but this time on the Air Jordan 3. Balvin had collaborated with Jordan brand in previous years to give us an Air Jordan 1 and an Air Jordan 2.
This Air Jordan 3 is a lot less playful compared to his Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2 collaborations. Balvin confirmed that this colorway is inspired by sunsets in his hometown of Medellín, Colombia, and the colors purple, orange and yellow gradient effect can be seen on heel tabs and the midsole. The Branding on the heel tabs are split; there is a Nike logo on the left side and Balvin’s signature smiley face logo on the right. There are also yellow accents surrounding the leather on the uppers of the sneakers in reference to the sun.
It is being rumored that these will be releasing on September 3rd for $250 USD which will probably be available on the Nike SNKRS app and select few retailers.
