The Air Jordan 1 “Bordeaux” arrive in much the same styling as the “Midnight Navy” Air Jordan 1 CO.JP release, however, it forgoes the stitched tongue branding in favor of a traditional tag. Its overlays also opt for leather — not nubuck as seen on the blue pair.
Dressed in White leather upper with Bordeaux overlays and Silver Swoosh and Wings logos, similar to the A White midsole atop a Bordeaux rubber outsole that completes the design. While the colorway has been used before on other silhouettes, the Air Jordan 1 High hasn’t become accustomed to the shade of burgundy like other sneakers. This bright red, almost purple-like shade alludes to luxury just like a nice glass of Bourdeaux wine.
